3. PACK YOUR BOX
Print the label and stick it on your package.
4. DROP OFF
Drop off your package at the Neighbour Express Store.
5. TRACKING & REFUND
Use the tracking number to check the status and after the warehouse processed your order, you will get your refund!

Q1. I didn’t see the label with NR******** tracking number, what should I do?
A: Please try to refresh the page, or contact your seller.
Q2. I sent the package but didn’t get my refund, what should I do?
A: It takes around 3-5 working days for the courier to deliver your package to the warehouse, then takes around 2-3 working days for the warehouse to check the goods and upload them to the system. You will get an update with your tracking number.
Q3. Why I didn’t get the refund after I delivered the product?
A: If there is no shipping label or tracking number on the package, the package can not be processed correctly for refunding program.
Q4. Who is Neighbour express?
A: We are the return service provider for e-commerce in Canada, after the courier takes your package and delivers it to our warehouse, we will check the product and upload photos to your seller as proof, then your seller will refund you.
Q5. How many days I can get the refund?
A: Normally 1-3 weeks, any product or refund questions please ask your seller directly. Neighbour Express only deals with logistic problems, if you have other return issues, please feel free to contact us.
